1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, invoking Flixil gateway endpoints, or using the Flixil dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. Gateway & API Usage Rules
You agree not to use Flixil to route, process, or distribute illegal content, unauthorized malware, or abusive automated attacks against upstream LLM providers.
- Rate Limiting: All API requests are subject to tier-based rate limits to safeguard system availability.
- Key Custody: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and virtual Flix Keys.
3. Service Level Commitments (SLA)
Flixil targets 99.9% uptime for developer tiers and 99.99% uptime for Solar Enterprise customers. Uptime credits and remedies are governed by individual Enterprise service contracts.
4. Limitation of Liability
Flixil acts solely as an observability and routing infrastructure layer. Flixil shall not be held liable for upstream model provider outages, pricing changes, or model generation errors originating from third-party LLMs.
5. Security Incidents and Credential Compromise
Flixil implements reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect API keys, credentials, personal data, and other information under its control. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security. In the event of a security incident, unauthorized access, cyberattack, or other compromise affecting Flixil's systems, Flixil shall not be liable, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, for losses, damages, costs, or claims arising from the compromise or subsequent misuse of API keys or credentials, except to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Users remain responsible for promptly revoking and rotating any credentials they believe may have been compromised. FLIXIL shall not be held responsible for any loss, compromise, or unauthorized disclosure of users’ API keys resulting from a security breach, hacking incident, or unauthorized access.
